Fit By Forty: I Want to Hear from YOU!

Last week I asked what you readers were doing to be healthy or what you struggled with in trying to have a healthier life.  I heard from one of you (thanks, Jackie!), but with over 1200 subscribers, there have to be more of you with something to say! 

Do you love to workout, but then end each workout with an ice cream cone?  Is healthy eating a breeze, but you hate going to the gym? Is parenting so exhausting you don't have any energy left to take care of yourself?  Or are you one of those folks who loves all things healthy?  (Jealous!)

Don't be shy! Fill me in!

And if it helps, here's mine...

When I do workout, I don't hate it.  But I am the QUEEN of putting it off, justifying why I don't have time or just plain "forgetting" to do it.  That's why I love Jessica Wilson and Body After Baby so much.  Since she comes to me, I have no excuses!  Of course, I still have to pep talk myself to workout on the days I don't see Jess, but knowing she's going to ask me if I worked out helps get me off my butt!
