As I've worked with Body After Baby Chicago, I've definitely gotten stronger. And I know I'm stronger because some exercises I used to HATE I can now actually do!  They are still work, but I know longer feel like I'm going to fall over or that my legs are going to fall off. 

Case in point?  Lunges!
