The Local Tourist
Chicago dining, nightlife and more!
I love doing Macaroni Kid and learning about all of the great family-friendly events and businesses in Chicago. But as much as I love my son, sometimes I'd like to go out withOUT my kiddo. Date night with my hubby, girls' night with some friends, check out a new restaurant that doesn't give me Crayons when I sit down. Doesn't that sound nice and grown-up? Well, where do we find THAT info?
From the latest FOM (Friend of Macaroni), The Local Tourist! With an event calendar full of more child-free offerings, Chef's Table restaurant events, reviews, photos and more, this is the site to check out the next time you've got a sitter and want some fun in the city!
Like Macaroni Kid, The Local Tourist is free to subscribe and every Thursday you'll receive an email of the top 10 things to do for the weekend. Be sure and check out number 10--it's a family-friendly choice from yours truly!
So head on over to The Local Tourist and show some Macaroni love on their website, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest!
