Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 box matzah farfel
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup of white raisins
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat eggs, pineapple, sugar, raisin, vanilla, and margarine.
- Mix together, and add matzah farfel.
- Pour into a well-greased pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
