Chicago - the warmer weather isn't just a sign of spring and summer days ahead, but it also means more visitors to our beautiful city!  To help meet the demand of our guests, Navy Pier is set to host its 4th Annual Job Fair on Thursday, March 28 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Crystal Gardens.

Nearly 20 businesses across the Pier will seek to fill more than 900 seasonal employment opportunities in restaurants, retail shops, boats, hospitality, popular Pier Park attractions – including the iconic Centennial Wheel – and more to accommodate the high volume of guests expected throughout the summer. The Job Fair is free and open to all.

Participating businesses include: America’s Dog and Burger; Aramark/Globetrotters; Big Bus Tours Chicago; Build-A-Bear Workshop; Color, Inc.; Entertainment Cruises; Fifth Third Bank; Garrett Popcorn Shops; Harry Caray’s Tavern; IDOF Fresh Mediterranean; Love From USA, Inc.; Margaritaville Chicago; McDonald’s; Navy Pier; Original Rainbow Cone; Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants; Pulseworks; Seadog Ventures; Shoreline Sightseeing; Tall Ship Windy and more. Employers from each participating business will be on site to accept résumés and applicationsand speak with potential candidates.

While registration is free, interested individuals must register online in advance and present their free ticket upon arrival in order to access the event. A limited amount of tickets are available to job seekers on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who are unable to attend in person may apply online to certain available opportunities.

Navy Pier, which welcomed more than 9 million guests in 2018, is once again expected to draw high foot traffic this year as more renovated physical spaces come online, including the new hotel’s rooftop venue. The Pier will also continue to offer free, one-of-a kind arts and cultural programming designed to inspire, educate and connect communities across the city and globe.
