April is one of those months that can make a CPS parent find themselves in a hurry to find day camps and activities for their kids. Not only do we have Spring Break (April 15 to April 19) but we also have a day off on April 5th and April 10th! Macaroni Kid is excited to share our Top 10 picks for CPS Day-Off activities:
· When school is out, we invite you in to uncover the world of aquatic life through hands-on science activities, animal encounters, and explorations into Shedd’s various habitats and exhibits. This day camp runs during normal school hours, and aftercare is complimentary and included in the program fee. During aftercare, campers will have the option to read, create artwork, play games, watch movies or participate in other free-choice activities.

Green Explorers Club is a fun way for your kids to spend the day, we are cheaper than a babysitter, and your kids will come home with a TON of new sustainability knowledge! Campers enjoy a variety of themed hands-on lessons and activities, as well as a whole lot of indoor and outdoor fun that is specifically tailored to the seasons. Time: 9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. · Cost: $90 for full day (Early & After Care Available) · Ages: 4 to 10 |

 We offer students in grades K to 5 a STEMulating day when schools are off. Our day off camps are aimed at inspiring kids in their lives to explore and investigate STEM concepts with our passionate instructors.  Robot City Workshop’s Day Off camp is another full day of fun for your child. Check out the two awesome robots students will build during this day. Mornings are once again geared towards younger students (6-9) & afternoons are geared towards older students (9-12). However, children are still welcome and encouraged to attend the full-day camp.
