Our favorite groovy cat is back and this time he is inviting all of his friends over for a perfect pizza party!
Pete loves pizza, specifically pepperoni pizza, and decides that it would be groovy fun to have his buddies join him for a perfect pizza party. The friends start to arrive, but each has their own idea about what toppings make a pizza perfectly tasty!

Macaroni Kid Chicago had the chance to read this latest Pete the Cat adventure to a group of our friends and we weren't disappointed! The repetitive, song-style story, which makes the Pete books so popular with readers, captivated our audience and within only a few pages the kids were reciting the words along with our storyteller and laughing along so hard!
This is perhaps one of my favorite Pete the Cat books! We had a lot of fun in the park reading this story and then playing pizza games and making our own pizzas loaded with our favorite toppings. It would make for a great read-aloud in a classroom or for a pizza-themed birthday party too!
