Lincoln Yards Unveils Alphabet Monsters

Chicago has long known how to blend art into the city and the murals you can discover during a day of exploring are nothing short of amazing.  The new Lincoln Yards has embraced this love of street art into their development with "The Letters At Lincoln Yards", a monster-sized project by local graffiti artist, Merlotism.





LincolnYards will be hosting a family-friendly Block Party on Sat. Oct. 19 from Noon – 3PM to celebrate the completion of the project which is designed to encourage Chicagoans to “create-your-own” A-Z scavenger hunt and explore the community that will one day become Lincoln Yards. This event is free and open to the public. Guests will enjoy Fall-themed food/drinks, art projects for the kids, a local children’s musician, guided walking tours of local street art a surprise community art project!
