Get ready for ComEd’s 10th annual Switch on Summer, which celebrates the start of summer with the official turning on of Chicago’s iconic Buckingham Fountain! Brought to you in partnership with the Chicago Park District, this year’s event will also include the official Kick-Off announcement for the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks summer programming. Night Out in the Parks is the premiere event series that activates parks across the city throughout the summer with FREE cultural events and performances.
Chicago Park District art and maker stations, resources for children, families, and Chicago residents, ComEd support resources and assistance for customers, and a special guest appearance from Chicago favorite Tom Skilling. A variety of vendors and food trucks will be on hand to offer local fare for purchase.
