My son and I headed out to the OshKosh store at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont recently to do a little Back to School shopping. I love shopping for my son at OshKosh because the clothes are well made, comfy and stylish! This trip didn't disappoint. From jeans to uniform shirts and pants to plaids to shoes, OshKosh has everything Mac Kids need!
I often find shopping for a boy frustrating. Many stores cater to girls and have a small corner in the back with a few pairs of jeans and sweat pants for boys. Not OshKosh! Boys get just as much real estate as the girls' section and the clothes are just as cute and stylish. I LOVE this outfit - indigo dye jersey popover and twill joggers! The hood on the shirt and the elastic cuff on the pants make both of these items so on-trend!
Stylish and pulled together is good, but I can't forget that I do have a rough and tumble boy. He loves hard, he works hard, he plays hard, so he needs clothes that can keep up. This outfit is perfect for those days when he's playing hard at recess, but still wants to look good in the classroom. The sporty look of the striped sleeves and the number on the shirt are always a popular look! And you can't go wrong with a good pair of jeans!
Before we know it, Chicago weather will start to turn cool (noooooo!), but our kids will still be running around at recess and PE getting hot. How to keep them comfortable? Layers! OshKosh has a ton of cute tees that are perfect underneath a denim or plaid button down.
Even though I only have to shop for a boy, I always enjoy a walk through the girls' section at OshKosh. Cute leggings and tunics, plaids, florals and denim jackets and dresses will keep every female Mac Kid comfy and looking her best this year!
I am always so happy shopping at OshKosh and I'm extra happy this time, because one of you can do some OshKosh shopping too!
