We have fully engaged Pumpkin and Apple Season and have landed on a crisp, Fall, weekend in the city.

Saturday Fun

- One of the season's most beloved events is 🍁 Fall Fest at Lincoln Park Zoo and if you stop by today you can catch Stages Chicago performing a special show for spooky season! (all day; 2001 N Clark St)
- Family Nature Play Day at Northerly Island is a free event for families from 12p to 2p at the beautiful Northerly Island. (registration is required)
- Young People's Theatre of Chicago presents "Junie B Jones: The Musical" for audiences ages 3+ at the Greenhouse Theatre Center in Lincoln Park (11a & 1:30p - 2257 N Lincoln Ave)
- 🍁 Arts in the Dark Parade steps off tonight to celebrate Halloween as the "Artist's Holiday" and you don't want to miss it! Now in its 9th year, the parade has evolved and really demonstrates not only the artists but the different cultures and communities that make Chicago so great. (6-8p - The Loop - Lake to Van Buren)
Sunday Fun
- Take a drive out of the city and visit 🍁 Bubbleween Highland Park! which happens from 12p to 3p at Bubbles Academy's newest location. Afterward, you can check out all of the cute shops in Downtown Highland Park and maybe even grab a bite at Central Cafe or Sugarcoated!
- KOO KOO KANGA ROO is back in town at Chop Shop Chicago for a family-friendly show that is sure to get everyone moving and groovin'! (1-3p - 2033 W North Ave)
- Destination Discovery Story Time - The Haunting of Hull-House Join Librarian Megan and staff at Jane Addams Hull-House Museum for a ghostly good story time! (12-4p - 800 S Halsted)
- Mickey and Friends bring the Halloween fun when Disney Junior Live On Tour: Costume Palooza rolls into The Auditorium Theatre this weekend. (4p - 50 E Ida B Wells)
